Projects are assessed according to the intended application, product specifications, fragrance, colour, manufacturing requirements and target market.
Custom development charges are agreed before work begins.
3. Select an Existing Formulation
Customers also have access to our ready-to-manufacture formulations, with options for custom fragrances, colours, shapes and branding.
Initial samples are available free of charge.
Custom Soap Shapes and Embossing
Shangase Brands offers custom soap dies and embossing for customers requiring a distinctive bar shape or branded design.
Customers are invited to submit dimensional specifications, artwork or design references for assessment.
Custom Packaging
Our manufacturing facility offers flow-wrapping equipment for individually wrapped soap bars.
Packaging designs, printed films, seal requirements and carton configurations are reviewed as part of the manufacturing quotation.
Low-Volume Development and Commercial Production
Selected customised orders below 1,000 bars are available, subject to setup and production requirements.
For established commercial ranges, our manufacturing line operates at approximately 300kg per hour.
